Section 1

Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the MySurveyChoice platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", or "your") and MySurveyChoice ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the MySurveyChoice website and panel services (collectively, the "Platform").

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and participate as a member of MySurveyChoice, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
  • Be a legal resident of the United States or Canada
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
  • Have a valid email address that you own and regularly access
  • Not have been previously banned or removed from the MySurveyChoice platform
  • Not register on behalf of another person or create multiple accounts

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep it up to date
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Use a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party
  • Maintain only one active account per person

One Account Per Member

Creating multiple accounts to earn duplicate rewards is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Violations will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all earned rewards, and permanent account termination.

Section 4

Survey Participation

Availability of Surveys

Survey availability is determined by your profile, demographic information, and the current research needs of our clients. We do not guarantee a minimum number of available surveys at any time.

Honest and Thoughtful Responses

You agree to:

  • Provide honest, genuine, and thoughtful responses to all survey questions
  • Not rush through surveys or answer randomly to qualify for rewards
  • Not use automated tools, bots, or AI to complete surveys
  • Not share survey content, questions, or client information with any third party
  • Complete surveys in one sitting unless otherwise stated
Quality Control: We employ automated and manual quality checks. Inconsistent, speeding, or dishonest responses will result in survey disqualification, reward forfeiture, and may lead to permanent account suspension.

Screener Questions

Some surveys include screener questions to determine qualification. Being disqualified through screener questions is a normal part of the process. Consolation points are awarded for each screener attempt regardless of outcome.

Section 5

Rewards & Payments

Earning Rewards

Rewards are credited to your account upon successful completion and quality verification of eligible surveys. Reward amounts vary by survey type, length, and complexity:

  • Consumer surveys: Points vary based on survey length and complexity
  • Business Professional surveys: Higher point values reflecting specialized expertise required
  • Healthcare Professional surveys: Premium point values for clinical and medical studies

Redemption

Rewards may be redeemed via PayPal, Venmo, or Amazon gift cards once your account reaches the minimum redemption threshold. Redemption requests are processed within 5–10 business days.

Forfeiture

Rewards may be forfeited if: (a) your account is found to violate these Terms; (b) your responses fail quality verification; (c) your account is inactive for more than 24 months; or (d) you attempt to exploit or manipulate the reward system.

Tax Obligations: Rewards earned through MySurveyChoice may be subject to income tax. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes. US members who earn $600 or more in a calendar year may receive a Form 1099.
Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person
  • Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information in surveys or your profile
  • Using bots, scripts, VPNs, or automated tools to complete surveys or manipulate eligibility
  • Sharing, selling, or disclosing survey content, client identities, or proprietary research data
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing MySurveyChoice staff, clients, or other members
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Circumventing any security or quality control measure on the Platform

Any violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accrued rewards without notice.
