QIs SurveyChoice free to join?
Yes, SurveyChoice is completely free to join. There are no fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges. We pay you — not the other way around.
QWho can join SurveyChoice?
SurveyChoice is open to residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older. You must have a valid email address to register.
QCan I have more than one account?
No. Each person is allowed only one account. Having multiple accounts violates our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all earned points.
QHow do I verify my email address?
After registration, we'll send a verification email to your address. Click the link in that email to verify your account. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
QCan I change my email address?
Yes, you can update your email address in your account settings. You'll need to re-verify your new email address before it becomes active.
Surveys
Taking Surveys
QHow many surveys will I receive?
Most members receive 4–8 survey invitations per week. The exact number depends on your profile completeness and current research demand. A fully completed profile typically results in significantly more invitations.
QWhy was I disqualified from a survey?
Surveys are designed for specific demographic groups. If you don't match the criteria, you may be screened out. This is completely normal. You'll still receive consolation points for your time.
QHow long do surveys take?
Survey lengths vary — most take between 3 and 15 minutes to complete. The estimated time is always shown before you begin so you can plan accordingly.
QCan I save a survey and finish it later?
This depends on the individual survey. Some allow you to pause and return, while others must be completed in one session. We recommend completing surveys in one sitting when possible.

Points & Payouts
QHow do points work?
Every survey you complete earns you points. 100 points = $1.00. Points are credited to your account immediately after you submit a completed survey. You can view your balance anytime in your dashboard.
QWhat is the minimum redemption amount?
The minimum redemption threshold is 500 points, which equals $5.00. You can redeem anytime once you've reached this threshold.
QWhat payout methods are available?
We offer PayPal, Venmo, Amazon gift cards, Target gift cards, Walmart gift cards, and Starbucks gift cards. New payout options are added regularly.
QHow long does it take to receive my payment?
Gift cards are typically delivered instantly. PayPal and Venmo transfers usually process within 1–3 business days. We aim to process all redemption requests as quickly as possible.
QDo my points expire?
Points remain valid as long as your account is active. Points may expire if your account is inactive for 12 or more consecutive months. We'll notify you before any points are set to expire.

QIs my personal information safe?
Yes. All data is SSL encrypted and stored securely. We are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
QAre my survey responses anonymous?
Yes. Your individual responses are always anonymized before being shared with research clients. Clients receive aggregated data — never personally identifiable information.
QHow do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@mysurveychoice.com. We'll process your request within 30 days. Note that unused points will be forfeited upon deletion.
