Yes. Membership is completely free. There is no registration fee, no subscription cost, and no credit card required at any point. You simply register with your email address, complete your profile, and start receiving survey invitations.
Who can join MySurveyChoice? ⌄
Membership is open to all residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older. We welcome general consumers, business professionals, healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers. VPN and proxy connections are not permitted during registration or survey participation.
How do I create an account? ⌄
Click the "Join Free" button at the top of any page. Enter your full name, email address, and create a secure password. You will receive a verification email — click the confirmation link to activate your account. The entire process takes less than two minutes.
Why do I need to complete my profile? ⌄
Your profile is the foundation of our survey matching system. The more accurately you complete it, the more precisely we can match you with surveys relevant to your background — which means fewer screen-outs, more completed surveys, and significantly higher total earnings. Members with fully completed profiles receive up to 4x more survey invitations.
Surveys and Participation
How do surveys work on MySurveyChoice? ⌄
When a new survey matching your profile becomes available, you will receive an invitation. A brief qualification screener confirms you match the specific research requirements. If you qualify, you proceed to the main survey. Upon completion, reward points are credited to your account immediately.
Why was I screened out? ⌄
Screen-outs happen when a study requires a specific participant profile that does not match yours at that moment. This is completely normal — even highly active members are screened out of some surveys. You receive consolation points for every screener attempt regardless of the outcome.
How long does each survey take? ⌄
Survey length varies. Consumer surveys typically take 10 to 15 minutes. Business professional surveys usually take 15 to 20 minutes. Healthcare surveys may run 20 to 25 minutes. The estimated completion time is always displayed before you begin.
Can I take surveys on my phone? ⌄
Yes. MySurveyChoice is fully optimized for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. We recommend a stable internet connection for the best experience.
Rewards and Payments
How do I earn points? ⌄
You earn points primarily by completing surveys. You also earn consolation points for attempting qualification screeners even if screened out, and a one-time bonus for completing your profile in full. Points are credited immediately after each earning activity.
What payout options are available? ⌄
MySurveyChoice offers three redemption options: PayPal cash (processed in 24–48 hours), Amazon gift cards (delivered instantly by email), and Venmo transfers (processed in 24–48 hours, US members only).
Do my points expire? ⌄
No. Your MySurveyChoice points never expire. There is no minimum balance requirement and no redemption deadline. You can accumulate points for as long as you wish and redeem them whenever you choose.
Privacy and Security
Is my personal information secure? ⌄
Yes. MySurveyChoice uses industry-standard SSL encryption across the entire platform. All personal data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. We are fully compliant with GDPR and CCPA privacy regulations.
Are my survey responses confidential? ⌄
Survey responses are shared with research clients in aggregated, anonymized form only. Your individual responses are never shared in a way that identifies you personally.

Technical Issues

Check your spam or junk mail folder first. If not found, wait a few minutes and check again. You can request a new verification email from the login page. If the issue persists, contact support@mysurveychoice.com.
A survey did not credit my points. ⌄
Points are typically credited within minutes of survey completion. If your balance has not updated after 30 minutes, contact support@mysurveychoice.com with the survey name and approximate completion time.
Why is my VPN or proxy blocked? ⌄
Research clients require verified geographic data from survey respondents. VPN and proxy connections make location verification impossible. Please disable any VPN or proxy service before taking surveys.
Account Management
How do I update my profile? ⌄
Log in and navigate to the Profile section of your dashboard. You can update your personal information, professional background, health details, and survey preferences at any time.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? ⌄
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Can I have more than one account? ⌄
No. MySurveyChoice permits only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
